About Framura
Six cabins for twelve guests is a generous ratio on a 55-metre yacht, and Framura puts the space into a full-beam owner's suite forward on the main deck rather than extra berths. Codecasa built her in 2020, a four-deck displacement motor yacht at 750 gross tons. She is offered for sale from La Spezia.
Build and provenance
She is a steel-hulled, aluminium-superstructure monohull, fully custom and built to Lloyd's Register and RINA commercial class, certified for commercial compliance as well as private use. Codecasa's in-house technical team developed the project, and the four decks carry her 750 gross tons without crowding the layout.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep in six en-suite cabins: a full-beam owner's suite and a VIP suite forward on the main deck, and four further guest cabins on the lower deck. A crew of fourteen works from six cabins on the lower deck, with the captain's cabin set beside the helm control station.
Performance and engineering
Two 2,365 hp Caterpillar engines cruise her at 12 knots and reach 17 knots at full throttle, with a 5,000-nautical-mile range at that cruising speed, well within reach of a long passage without refuelling. Two 150 kW generators cover the main hotel load and an 86 kW unit stands by for night and emergency power, while zero-speed and underway stabilisers keep her steady at rest and on passage alike.
On deck and at anchor
Part of the sundeck is enclosed for a gym with its own air conditioning and a bathroom, and the rest is open for sunbathing above a swimming platform at the waterline. Teak decks run throughout, underwater lighting lifts the evening at anchor, and a lift moves guests between decks without the stairs.

Framura lies in La Spezia, Italy. Boatcrowd arranges each viewing and is present for it, and once an offer is accepted, survey and sea trial follow before the sale is completed.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
