Van der Valk built her as a stock yacht, so she arrives without a refit or a prior ownership history to account for. Her hull runs 37 metres overall with a beam of 7.8 metres and a draft of 2.3 metres, a profile built for range as much as speed. Guido de Groot's design carries through both the exterior styling and the interior, so the two read as one composition rather than two separate commissions.

Layout and accommodation

Four cabins sleep eight guests, and a crew of six runs the yacht: a crew count that keeps service close without crowding the guest spaces. On a stock explorer like this one, that balance matters most on longer trips, when the crew is working the boat every day rather than for a single weekend.
