Build and provenance

She is a semi-displacement monohull, commissioned originally to a specification well above the standard build and finished for long-range cruising rather than short coastal hops. My Way has had a single owner since new, described in her listing as professionally managed and maintained throughout. She also carries CE Category A ocean certification, built to cross open water rather than hug the coast.

Layout and accommodation

Ten guests sleep across five cabins, including a full-beam owner's suite on the main deck rather than below, a layout that keeps the best cabin at eye level with the water instead of tucked into the bow. The flybridge carries its own bar, lounge and dining area, extending the living space up a deck from the cockpit.

Performance and engineering

Two 1,800 hp MAN V12-1800 engines, showing 1,175 hours, give her a ten-knot cruise built for range rather than a sprint. A Seakeeper gyroscopic stabiliser works alongside fin and zero-speed stabilisation to hold her still at anchor as well as under way, and bow and stern thrusters with joystick control make her easy to handle short-handed. A generator and a watermaker with a water softener support extended time away from a dock.

On deck and at anchor

The beach club opens at the stern with a hydraulic swim platform for water access, and an on-deck jacuzzi gives guests a second place to relax without climbing to the flybridge. An exterior bar on the flybridge keeps the drinks close to the lounge above.
