Four cabins sleep eight guests aboard Amarula Sun, with a crew of four aboard to run her: enough hands to handle lines, cook, and keep four cabins turned around without asking guests to lift a finger. The flybridge adds a second social deck above the saloon, so time aboard is not confined to one level.

Performance and engineering

Two 2,000 hp MAN V12-2000 engines drive Amarula Sun on diesel. At rest she carries a Seakeeper alongside Zero Speed Stabilizers, and stabilisers work again once she is under way, so the flat ride at anchor continues after she gets moving.
