Owning a yacht not yet delivered starts with the build itself. Dynamiq GTT 170 is under construction at Antalya for a 2026 delivery, a fifty-metre displacement motor yacht with an aluminium hull, and the owner who takes her on will start with a vessel that has no history to inherit, just a build to follow.

Build and provenance

Dynamiq has GTT 170 down for 2026 delivery at 164 feet, or fifty metres, on a monohull, with a beam of 9 metres and a gross tonnage of 475. There is no refit to account for and no prior owner's history to read, which for someone buying a new build changes what due diligence looks like: there is nothing afloat yet to survey, just the yard's own build records to review.

Layout and accommodation

Twelve guests are planned across six cabins, and nine crew are specified to run the boat, a balance that leaves room for attentive service without crowding the crew quarters. For an owner, that ratio of guests to crew is one of the costs of ownership fixed early, before she is even in the water.

Performance and engineering

She is built to cruise at 10 knots and to reach 19 knots at full power, a top speed with real room above the cruise setting, which gives an owner scope to press on when conditions allow. That gap is fixed by the hull and machinery Dynamiq is building in now, not something to add after delivery.

Where she lies and how to see her

She is being built at Antalya, in Turkey, so what an owner sees today is the yard, not a yacht afloat. Boatcrowd arranges that visit and stays with you through it, and once terms are agreed, the survey and sea trial happen after delivery, in the order a new build requires.
