Project Noon Motor Yacht
About Project Noon
A full-displacement hull under a 52-metre profile is what shapes Project Noon's performance: 19 knots flat out, 15 knots at cruise, in a construction of steel and aluminium that the yard is building for delivery in 2029. The numbers describe a yacht built to cover distance steadily rather than to sprint between anchorages.
Build and provenance
Tureddi Yachts is building Project Noon in Turkey, in steel and aluminium. Leonardo Cecchi designed her, both inside and out, at the Florence-based practice Yellow Addition Design Studio. She is a full-displacement design at 499 gross tonnes on a 52-metre length, the hull form that gives a yacht her range and sea-keeping rather than her outright speed.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep across six cabins: four double guest cabins sit below on the lower level, and two master suites occupy the main deck above, each opening to its own private terrace. Those two main-deck suites of Project Noon can be joined into a single, larger owner's apartment. A crew of six runs her, with the saloon and dining set aft on the main deck and a separate media room on the upper deck for a more informal night in.
Performance and engineering
The engineering option that stands out is hybrid propulsion, adding hydrogen fuel cell technology to the conventional plant for a buyer who wants lower-emission running. As built, she cruises at 15 knots and reaches 19 knots flat out, speeds that suit a full-displacement hull rather than push against it. A beam of 9.2 metres and a draft of 2.5 metres carry the volume that hull form needs below the waterline.
Where she lies and how to see her
Project Noon lies, for now, in build at the Tureddi yard in Turkey. We arrange a visit there and join a buyer for it, and after an offer is accepted, her survey and sea trial wait until she is afloat and can be put through them properly.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
