Sexy Me Motor Yacht
About Sexy Me
A boat built to keep pace with a superyacht, or to stand entirely on her own for a fast day out, needs a particular kind of engineering. Otam delivered Sexy Me in 2024, and everything about her, from surface-drive propulsion to a six-guest layout, is built around speed and short, spirited outings rather than long passages.
Build and provenance
Otam built her hull from GRP reinforced with Aramat and Kevlar, a construction chosen for strength without extra weight, and her naval architecture came from Umberto Tagliavini and Aldo Scorzoni working alongside the yard. BG Design Firm handled the styling inside and out, giving Sexy Me a consistent look from helm to saloon. She was delivered new in 2024 and is described as having seen very low use since.
Layout and accommodation
Six guests sleep across three ensuite cabins, among them a full-beam master, while a crew of four looks after them: a high ratio of crew to guests that points to fast, attentive service rather than a skeleton team stretched thin. The layout favours entertaining over sleeping quarters, which suits a yacht meant for daytime running more than overnight passages.
Performance and engineering
Twin 2,600 hp MTU engines drive her through surface drives to a 42-knot top speed and a 36-knot cruise: numbers that place her in performance-boat territory rather than cruising-yacht territory. Her 1.5-metre draught keeps shallow water within reach, and a Seakeeper stabiliser holds her steady once the throttles are back and she is sitting at anchor.
On deck and at anchor
A beach club aft with its own deck shower turns the swim platform into a proper space to dry off, and the main deck bar keeps the entertaining above deck rather than confined to the saloon. Inside, an AV system and televisions in every cabin, together with air conditioning throughout, make the interior as considered as the exterior.
Where she lies and how to see her
Sexy Me lies in Mykonos. Boatcrowd organises every viewing and is there for it in person, and once a buyer makes an accepted offer, the survey and sea trial follow before the sale is completed.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
