Eight cabins on a sixty-one-metre motor yacht is a rare layout, and : a design decision that shapes the whole boat rather than a detail added afterward. Hakvoort delivered Just J's in 2016, with her interiors and exterior styling drawn by Sinot Yacht Design. Every space that follows reflects that design-first brief.
Build and provenance
Hakvoort built Just J's to commercial specification and delivered her in 2016 to a single owner, who has kept her ever since: one continuous ownership history rather than several. She is a displacement motor yacht on a monohull, a Dutch-built design that favours steady, efficient range over outright pace.
Layout and accommodation
Sixteen guests sleep across the eight cabins, , so the most private deck stays private. A guest lift runs from the lower deck to the bridge, useful on a superyacht this size when guests would rather not take the stairs.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
