Family Spirit モーターヨット

The Master Suite sits on the main deck of Family Spirit rather than below, with its own forward door onto a private bow terrace, so the owner's space is kept apart from the guest cabins. Sunseeker built her in 2023, and ten guests can be accommodated across her five cabins in total. She lies in Antibes, offered through Boatcrowd.

Build and provenance

Family Spirit is a Sunseeker motor yacht, delivered in 2023, with a hydraulic swim platform at the stern and a tender garage forward that holds a tender and a jet ski. At 155 gross tons on a 30-metre length overall, with a 6.9-metre beam, she carries the volume a five-cabin, crew-of-five yacht needs to run comfortably. For a buyer, the size class calls for a full-time crew rather than an owner running her alone.

Layout and accommodation

The main-deck Master Suite has its own en suite, wardrobes and a vanity, with a forward door onto the private bow terrace for breakfast away from the rest of the boat. Below, four further ensuite cabins take the remaining guests: one double, one twin convertible to a double, and two twin cabins with pullman berths for flexibility, all reached from a central lobby staircase. A crew of five run her from their own quarters, with a mess kept separate from the guest decks, and the saloon connects to the cockpit through a powered glass door that opens the whole main deck to the outside.

Performance and engineering

Twin MTU diesels of 2,000 hp each give Family Spirit a 30-knot top speed. Bow and stern thrusters handle close-quarters manoeuvring, and she carries 12,800 litres of fuel and 1,800 litres of fresh water, enough for extended time away from a marina. She draws 2.1 metres.

On deck and at anchor, the flybridge carries a bar, dining for twelve and a glass-surrounded spa, with sunpads and a swim platform for the water below. The tender garage holds a tender and a jet ski, underwater lights and a bathing platform set up the evening swim, and a wing station lets the bridge be conned from the side deck during docking. WiFi and Starlink keep guests connected on longer stays, with air conditioning throughout.

Where she lies and how to see her

Family Spirit lies in Antibes. Boatcrowd arranges viewings on the berth and attends each one, and once an offer is accepted a survey and sea trial follow before handover.
