Falcon 50M

A buyer who commissions the Falcon 50M is buying ownership before completion: the 50-metre motor yacht is under construction in Italy, with Falcon due to deliver her in 2027. Nothing about her has been used or worn in yet, so the first ownership experience aboard her will be entirely the new owner's own.

Build and provenance

She is a steel-hulled monohull with an aluminium superstructure, built to a displacement design rather than a planing one, the choice a yard makes for range and quiet running over outright speed. Her beam of 9.3 metres is modest for a 50-metre monohull, keeping her profile slim rather than voluminous. Being new construction, the Falcon 50M carries no refit history and no previous owner's habits to inherit.

Layout and accommodation

Twelve guests are accommodated across six cabins, looked after by a crew of eleven, close to one crew member for every guest. For an owner, that ratio means the yacht is set up to keep a full complement of guests comfortable over extended stays aboard, not just for a weekend with a skeleton crew.

Performance and engineering

What is fixed is the combination that will define how she runs once finished: a steel hull and aluminium superstructure built for long, comfortable passages rather than short, fast hops.

Where she lies and how to see her

The Falcon 50M is under construction in Italy. Boatcrowd will bring buyers to the yard for viewings as her build allows, attending each one in person, and once an offer on her is accepted, the survey and sea trial follow ahead of handover.
