A buyer who commissions the Falcon 50M is buying ownership before completion: the 50-metre motor yacht is under construction in Italy, with Falcon due to deliver her in 2027. She is a steel-hulled monohull with an aluminium superstructure, built to a displacement design rather than a planing one, the choice a yard makes for range and quiet running over outright speed. Her beam of 9.3 metres is modest for a 50-metre monohull, keeping her profile slim rather than voluminous. Being new construction, the Falcon 50M carries no refit history and no previous owner's habits to inherit.

Layout and accommodation

Twelve guests are accommodated across six cabins, looked after by a crew of eleven, close to one crew member for every guest. For an owner, that ratio means the yacht is set up to keep a full complement of guests comfortable over extended stays aboard, not just for a weekend with a skeleton crew.
