Aluminium construction and a fully custom build set Vero apart from a market of series-produced motor yachts, cut to a design by Luca Dini rather than to a stock hull. Codecasa completed her in 2024, and at 24 metres she carries proportions closer to a mid-century private yacht than to a modern series boat.

Codecasa built her in aluminium rather than the composite most yards at this length use, a material choice that favours a lighter hull and a longer working life if she is cared for. Luca Dini drew her lines with a retro-inspired silhouette, classic proportions, circular portholes and mahogany detail on the exterior, a look pulled from an earlier era of private motor yachts rather than from a current catalogue.

Eight guests sleep across four cabins aboard Vero, a guest count matched comfortably to her 24-metre length rather than stretched beyond it.

Performance and engineering

She reaches 23 knots at full throttle, a pace built for coastal running rather than a long open-water passage, on a custom aluminium platform rather than a series hull.

On deck and at anchor

A beach club opens Vero to the water, and the aft deck stays flexible rather than fixed with loungers, a space built for time at anchor rather than time under way.
