Jangada 机动游艇

A flybridge deck changes how a yacht is used, adding a full extra level of open air above the saloon, and that shapes everything about Jangada. Van der Valk built her in 2019, a 32-metre monohull motor yacht designed around that extra deck. Eight guests fit across four cabins, with a crew of five to run her, a ratio that leaves room to spend the day outside rather than below.

Jangada is a monohull motor yacht from Van der Valk, delivered in 2019 at 32 metres, or 105 feet. Her beam runs to 7.1 metres and she draws 2 metres, dimensions that keep smaller marinas and shallower anchorages within reach. No refit is recorded since her build, so a buyer is inspecting a hull close to the one that left the yard.

Layout and accommodation

Eight guests are accommodated across four cabins, with a crew of five to look after them. That crew-to-guest ratio leaves room for attentive service without a large team living aboard, and the flybridge above the saloon gives everyone another deck to spread across through the day.

Performance and engineering

Two MTU 12V 2000 M96L engines give Jangada an 18-knot cruise and 24 knots at full throttle, speeds that suit a yacht built for anchorages along the coast rather than for crossing an ocean. That pace means shorter hops between ports, more of a day spent at anchor than under way.

On deck, Jangada is set up for alfresco dining, a table in the open air rather than one confined to an interior saloon for every meal.

Where she lies and how to see her

Jangada lies on the coast of the South of France. Boatcrowd arranges viewings there and is present for each one, and once an offer on her is accepted, we bring in the survey and sea trial before handover.
