Yellow Sailing Catamaran

Three cabins share a king bed and two queens between them, so all six guests aboard Yellow sleep in a double. She is a 67ft (20m) sailing catamaran from Fountaine Pajot, built in 2022.

Accommodation and crew

A crew of two runs her, and with air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, the cabins stay cool and the group keeps in touch.

Comfort under way

Under sail Yellow settles at 8 knots and will make 12, and her twin hulls hold her level rather than leaning, so moving between anchorages is easy on everyone aboard.

Water toys

Seven toys travel with her: two SUP boards, so a pair can paddle off together, a wakeboard, a towable tube and two floating mats for lying out on the water, along with gear for fishing and for snorkelling. An 11ft tender takes the party ashore.

Where she cruises

Bora Bora, in French Polynesia, is her home port, and she is the second longest of the six yachts based there. From it she ranges across French Polynesia and over to Fiji.

Charter notes

Yellow suits a family or a group of friends, hired by the week or in three-day stretches, with December, January and February her peak months. For a day on the water she can carry twelve, double her overnight number, which leaves room for a wider group to come along.
