If and when you register with the website or make requests to BC, BC may ask for certain Personal Information, such as, but not limited to, your name, email address, birth date, gender, Postal / ZIP code, occupation, industry, personal interests, medical, or health concerns, etc.

• Forwarding such data to your chosen Medical Facility or if no specific Medical Facility is chosen, to up to five Facilities chosen by BC based on the specified criteria (preferred country, treatment, budget, dates etc) for either a quote or a booking of medical services provided by the Medical Facility;
• Forwarding such data to third party service providers, partners and affiliates, inside and outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) to render a service commissioned by BC, based on BC’s instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and who have set up appropriate confidentiality and security measures to provide customer service, advertising or payments services;
• Providing a service you have signed up for on this website;
• For internal price calculation and quote review purposes, in each case to the extent necessary for such purpose and as further described in this Privacy Policy.

2. BC may review, scan, or analyse your communications either on the platform or over email with the chosen Medical Facility for fraud prevention, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, investigation, product development, research, and customer support purposes. BC uses automated methods to review, scan or analyse communications, however, occasionally BC may need to manually review some communications for fraud investigations and customer support or to assess and improve the functionality of these automated tools.

Should you wish to opt out, you have the right to oppose the collection, processing and use of such personal data, however, BC will no longer be able to provide the same services.
