Fraudulent Emails
 
There are common items to look when determining if an email is fraudulent or not.
 
Here are few thinks to look for:
 

A lot of misspelled words.

 

Internet criminals commonly use the following phrases in their emails.

"I saw your advert"

"Get back to me on the present condition and your bottom price"

"I have a shipper that is reliable and reputable"

"I expect your urgent response"
 
Here are a few examples of fraudulent emails that have been sent to sellers.
 
"Hello,

I am Val Dammy,i saw your advert on the net(boatcrowd.com) and i am interested in buying your boat ,i will take care of the shipping, coz i have a shipper that is reliable and reputable who will be coming to your location for the final inspection and pick up.

I will be sending payment asap,so contact me with the following detail information so that i can send payment(Certified check or Money order) asap :

i.e Name and contact address,City, State,Country,Zip code and Telephone# .

I will also like to know the present condition,pics and the least price for it. As soon as i have all this information i will be sending you the payment. I await your quick response.

I will only entertain respond from a serious and genuine seller.

And please let me know who i am dealing with coz the last time i try to get my son a car someone try to outsmart me please don't be offended with this message it's for security reasons. Thanks P:S;IS IT NEGOTIABLE?
